Personalised Orders

Please add the processing time onto your delivery time.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies

Open Prints from my printing company take 3-5 business days to process ready for dispatch.

Limited Edition Prints from my printing company take 2 weeks to process ready for dispatch. This is because the printers send to me first to sign them I’ll pack and forward on to you.

Originals I have in stock can  take up to 7-10 days to dispatch.

Commissions will depend on the current waiting list but I aim for 1-3 weeks to paint ready for dispatch.

Shipping

The shipping cost for prints and the watercolour originals and commissions is included in the item price and will be sent via Royal Mail.

UK Prints Track and Sign

UK Originals and Commissions will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery

International Orders will be sent Royal Mail International Track and Sign

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We accept returns on unpersonalised prints if you contact us with 14 days of delivery and dispatch the print back within 30 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns on personalised or commissioned pieces.

If a print or painting arrives with you damaged please take photos of the damage and email  on info@leanarobinsonart.com so that we can sort this out for you.
